Dr. Deck’s quality is always exceptional, yet his fees are considered reasonable. Dr. Deck only recommends work that he knows needs to be done – work that he’d recommend to his family. He always strives to do the right thing. In fact, “integrity” is one of Dr. Deck’s core values.

We accept most insurance plans and will sometimes file your claims for you. We make every effort to be accurate with our estimations of your benefits, but they are estimations. If your insurance reimburses less then what we estimated you are still responsible for the outstanding balance. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to become more familiar with your dental benefits.

Insurance Plans:

Our office is a Preferred Provider with MetLife®, Blue Cross® and Blue Shield®, and Child Health Plus®.

Credit Cards:

MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, and CareCredit®

Of course.

Payment Plans:

We understand that dental care can be an unexpected expense. With this in mind we are proud to accept CareCredit®. This allows you to spread your dental payments over a longer period of time and more comfortably work costly dental expenses into your monthly budget. You may use this plan to pay for your treatment with low- and no-interest financing options. Apply online at or by phone at 1-800-677-0718 or by visiting our office to complete an application.

Patients of Record:

We require that payment of the patient’s estimated portion of the fees be paid at the time of service.

Insurance Forms:

We often help patients file their insurance forms. In fact, our office manager calls and speaks with insurance companies regularly. In short, we help you navigate through the insurance mess. It’s one less worry that you and other patients don’t have to deal with. We’ll even help with secondary insurance.

No Dental Insurance:

If you’re concerned about visiting the dentist because you have limited or no dental insurance, ask your dentist if the practice offers a convenient outside monthly payment plan. If the answer is yes, you can submit an application online to get an immediate credit decision — and the emergency care you need.
