Payment Options

Dr. Deck’s quality is always exceptional, yet his fees are considered very reasonable. Dr. Deck only recommends work that he knows needs to be done – work that he’d recommend to his family. He always strives to do the right thing. In fact, “integrity” is one of Dr. Deck’s core values.

We accept most insurance plans and will sometimes file your claims for you. We make every effort to be accurate with our estimations of your benefits, but they are estimations. If your insurance reimburses less then what we estimated you are still responsible for the outstanding balance. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to become more familiar with your dental benefits.

We understand that dental care can be an unexpected expense. Deck Dental can work with you to figure out a convenient and flexible plan for you. Please contact our office to discuss available options.

Patients Of Record:
We require that payment of the patient’s estimated portion of the fees be paid at the time of service.

Insurance Forms:

We often help patients file their insurance forms. In fact, our office manager calls and speaks with insurance companies regularly. In short, we help you navigate through the insurance mess. It’s one less worry that you and other patients don’t have to deal with. We’ll even help with secondary insurance.
